TOUR FEE INCLUDES:

1. Round-trip domestic airfare or transportation by coach/train between cities as outlined in the itinerary.
2. Airport transfers and transportation to all sacred sites throughout the journey.
3. Entrance fees to all sacred sites and museums listed in the program.
4. Parking fees and toll charges.
5. Driver and assistant driver allowances.
6. Ferry, cable car, and other transportation fees during the journey.
7. Meals as specified in the program (breakfast / lunch / dinner), featuring local cuisine or hotel buffet.
8. Drinking water throughout the tour.
9. 4–5 star hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy).
10. Certified local tour guides with extensive knowledge and experience.
11. Tour staff accompanying and supporting the group throughout the journey, providing attentive care to guests.
12. All tour organization and logistical arrangement costs.
13. Basic medical supplies for the group.
14. Document translation fees and visa application processing for participating countries.

ON-GOING SUPPORT & LOGISTICS

1. Assistance with urgent visa processing or flight changes when required.
2. Fast-track airport assistance services.
3. Support with purchasing travel insurance upon request.
4. Arrangement of alternative accommodations if guests are not satisfied with the assigned hotel.
5. Preparation and comprehensive management of all required documents at each stage of the journey.
6. Dedicated team ready to assist with medical, legal, and safety-related emergencies.
7. Continuous monitoring and emergency support throughout the entire trip.

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

1. International airfare from the United States to participating countries.
2. Personal travel insurance.
3. Personal expenses, including laundry, phone calls, spa services, shopping, and meals outside the program.
4. Tips for drivers and local tour guides (at guests’ discretion).
5. Early check-in or late check-out fees at hotels.
6. Single-room supplement for guests requesting private accommodations.
7. Additional costs arising from personal reasons such as missed flights or itinerary changes.

• Passport valid for at least 8 months
• 2×2 inch photo with white background

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT TERMS

• Phase 1: 50% deposit required upon registration.
• Phase 2: Remaining balance due 45 days prior to departure.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Cancellation after registration will result in a 80% forfeiture of the tour fee.
• Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure will result in 100% forfeiture of all fees.
• Tour fees are non-refundable. Any additional expenses incurred will be the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
• The itinerary is subject to change depending on time constraints, circumstances, and weather conditions.
