DAY 1 – April 20: HOUSTON – DELHI
- The group departs from Houston, gathering at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston, Texas, to complete check-in procedures for the flight to Delhi, India.
- Guests joining from other locations are kindly requested to gather in Delhi on April 21.
DAY 2 – April 21: WELCOME TO DELHI
Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, the group will be transferred to the hotel for check-in, dinner, and overnight rest.
DAY 3 – April 22: DELHI – DHARAMSALA
Morning: After breakfast and hotel check-out, the group departs from Delhi to Dharamsala. Travel time is approximately 8 hours.
Afternoon: Upon arrival in Dharamsala, guests will check in at the hotel and continue the sightseeing program, visiting Gyuto Monastery, associated with His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa, and several Tibetan monasteries in the city to explore the unique Tibetan culture.
Evening: Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay in Dharamsala.

DAY 4 – April 23: AUDIENCE WITH HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA – DELHI
Morning: Breakfast, then guests prepare formal and respectful attire. The group visits Namgyal Monastery, the residence of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, to pay homage and respectfully inquire about His Holiness’s well-being.
Afternoon: Lunch, followed by transfer back to Delhi.
Evening: Hotel check-in, dinner, and free time to explore Delhi at night.

DAY 5 – April 24: DELHI CITY TOUR – DEPARTURE
Morning: After breakfast, the group visits India Gate and the National Museum of Delhi, where guests will have the opportunity to view and pay homage to Buddhist relics.
The tour continues to Akshardham Temple and the Lotus Temple, two of the most iconic and remarkable architectural landmarks of modern India.
Afternoon: Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by transfer to the airport.
End of the tour. Farewell and hope to see you again.

CHILD POLICY
- Children aged 11 and above are charged 100% of the adult tour price
- Children aged 2 to 10 are charged 50% of the adult tour price
- Children under 2 years old are charged 35% of the adult tour price and share a bed with parents
- In the case of two children sharing a room with two adults, according to hotel policy, one child must be charged at the adult rate to provide an extra bed
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
First payment: 50% deposit upon confirmation of tour registration
Final payment: Remaining balance must be paid 20 days prior to departure

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation after registration results in a 100% loss of deposit
- Cancellation within 30 days before departure will incur a 100% charge of the total tour price
Note: Cancellation time is calculated based on business days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellations must be made directly with the company and confirmed in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Visa documents required include a passport valid for more than 8 months and one 4×6 cm white-background photo
- The company is not responsible if a guest violates immigration regulations or is denied entry by local authorities. Tour fees are non-refundable, and any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the guest
- Passports must be valid for more than 8 months, intact, with no missing pages, no alterations, and properly signed
- Children under 18 must provide a birth certificate copy and a valid passport and must travel with parents or have a notarized authorization letter
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, and the company is not liable for any loss or damage
- The itinerary may change depending on time, circumstances, or weather conditions
- Meeting points are Houston, Texas, USA or Delhi, India
- Guests are advised to bring personal medications such as anti-diarrhea medicine, allergy medication, cold and fever medicine, ginger tea, motion sickness medication, masks, and any personal medical necessities
