Phase 1: 50% deposit required upon registration.
Phase 2: Remaining balance due 45 days prior to departure.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Cancellation after registration will result in a 80% forfeiture of the tour fee.
Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure will result in 100% forfeiture of all fees.
Tour fees are non-refundable. Any additional expenses incurred will be the guest’s responsibility.
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
